Football provides the opportunity for our youth to learn the game, build confidence, learn the value of commitment + teamwork, all while learning the game and making new friends in a fun and supportive environment!
Woodinville Junior Tackle Football offers an exciting opportunity for kids ages 8-14. We offer five tackle football levels for players from 3rd to 8th grade, ensuring a perfect fit based on age, weight, and experience.
- Rookies Tackle Football (typically 3rd/4th Grade) *depending on weight and age points
- Cubs Tackle Football (typically 5th Grade) *depending on weight and age points
- Sophomore Tackle Football (typically 6th Grade) *depending on weight and age points
- Junior Varsity Tackle Football (typically 7th Grade) *depending on weight and age points
- Varsity Tackle Football (typically 8th Grade) *depending on weight and age points
WJFA strives to find the safest fit for your player based on the *GEJFA Age/Weight chart and a number of other factors. The Registration system will use that chart to temporarily place players into levels until the information can be verified by the Player's Rep and the Board of Directors. Please understand official rosters will not be set until the end of July and even then players can change levels based on the most recent weigh in.
